Established in 2016 to benefit students who graduated from Blount County Schools or Greenback Public and need financial support to attend college.
$5,500 one-year award
The Vanessa Williams Memorial Scholarship is for graduating seniors or current college students who attended a Blount County high school or Greenback Public School. To be eligible for this award students must be U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents, have a 3.0 GPA, plan to enroll in a Tennessee college full-time, and have financial need. The Vanessa Williams Memorial Scholarship is a one-year award, but previous recipients may reapply each academic year.
Complete the East Tennessee Foundation Common Application between December 15 and March 15 to see if you are eligible for this and other scholarship awards.
