Eligibility
The Spenser F. Powell Memorial Law Scholarship is for first-year University of Tennessee College of Law students with an LSAT score of at least 153. Eligible students must have been active in undergraduate activities and have demonstrated leadership potential. In addition, the ideal candidate for the Spenser F. Powell Memorial Law Scholarship earned a bachelor’s degree in either philosophy or political science and needs financial support to attend law school.
