Established in memory of Robert L. McClure, Jr. to assist graduating high school seniors from Elizabethton High School who plan to attend East Tennessee State University and who plan to study music or chemistry.

  • Field of Study: Music or Chemistry
  • GPA Minimum: 3.0
  • College/Enrollment Requirement: Full-time enrollment at East Tennessee State University
