Eligibility

The Colonel Kurt Davis Veteran’s Scholarship is for current or first-time college students from East Tennessee Foundation’s 25-county service area who are enrolled full time at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  Students from Bradley County, Tennessee may also apply. To be eligible for the Colonel Kurt Davis Scholarship applicants must have been honorably discharged from the U.S. military. Past recipients may reapply for the award each year.
