Purpose and History

The Clarence and Ruby Childress Memorial Scholarship was established in 2021 to benefit students who have been residents of Campbell County for at least five years.

Scholarship Amount

$4,300 one-year award

Eligibility

The Clarence and Ruby Childress Memorial Scholarship is for current or first-time college students who have been residents of Campbell County for at least five years and have a deep commitment to community service.

Complete the East Tennessee Foundation Common Application between December 15 and March 15 to see if you are eligible for this and other scholarship awards.
