This fund was established to assist graduates of Washburn School, Grainger High School, and Hancock County High School in pursuing programs of study leading to certification as a Registered Nurse.
Up to $3,600 one-year award
The Brilla Mallicoat Young Scholarship is for high school seniors or current college students who graduated from Washburn High, Grainger High, or Hancock County High in Tennessee. Eligible students have need for financial support, have achieved a GPA of at least 3.0 and intend to enroll in a Tennessee college full time to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or Registered Nurse Licensure. Past recipients of the Brilla Mallicoat Young Scholarship are encouraged to reapply each year.
Complete the East Tennessee Foundation Common Application between December 15 and March 15 to see if you are eligible for this and other scholarship awards.
