The Jefferson Health Care Foundation Fund of East Tennessee Foundation (ETF) is now accepting applications for its 2023 grant cycle. Applicants must be 501(c)(3) public charities, units of government, or public educational institutions. Organizations must propose projects that directly benefit the health and wellbeing of Jefferson County residents. Although proposals must directly relate to and serve Jefferson County residents, organizations do not have to physically be located in Jefferson County in order to be eligible to apply.
Applications must be submitted using ETF’s online grant management system no later than 6:00pm on September 15, 2023. Grant awards will primarily range from $5,000 to $50,000. Grants will be awarded in November 2023 for ten-month terms beginning November 1, 2023 and concluding August 31, 2024.
The Jefferson Health Care Foundation Fund was created with funds from the former Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Its goal is to improve the healthcare and wellbeing for Jefferson County residents.
