Respiratory Disease Fund

General Description

Established in 1991, funds are used for purposes directly related to the diagnosis, research, treatment, education, prevention, and cure of respiratory disease in Knox County, TN.

Application Process

The 2024 grant cycle has closed. The next grant cycle will be in 2026.

Grant Amounts and Terms

Grants were awarded for two-year terms in April 2024. The grant term is April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2026.
Amounts ranged from $10,000 – $20,000.

Who May Apply

  • Additional eligibility criteria specific to Respiratory Disease Fund:
    • Proposals must directly relate to the reduction of respiratory disease in Knox County.
    • Organizations do not have to reside in Knox County in order to be eligible to apply.
