Boyd Youth Education Fund

General Description

Established in 2006, this fund benefits the interest area of youth education (with a primary focus on Boy Scouts and Junior Achievement).

Application Process

The online application will be available February 1, 2024.
The deadline to submit is February 23, 2024.

Eligible applications will be reviewed by a volunteer grant panel. After the grant panel meets to make its funding recommendations, all organizations will be notified of their funding status via email by late April 2024.

Grant Amounts and Terms

Grants will be awarded for two-year terms in April 2024. The grant term is May 1, 2024 – April 30, 2026.
Amounts will range from $5,000 – $20,000.

Who May Apply

  • Additional eligibility criteria specific to the Boyd Youth Education Fund:
    • Proposed projects must support and contribute to the quality of youth education in East Tennessee.
    • Organizations must be located in and serve youth in ETF’s 25-county service area.
