TRACI SISSON

Fundholder Services Officer

PLEASE CONTACT ME WHEN:

I’m contacted when a fundholder needs an answer or is ready to recommend a grant. I’m the one performing the research necessary to assure our fundholders can trust their grants are meeting their donor intent.

I also assist with keeping our database current. If your contact information needs updating, please let us know!

ON A TYPICAL WORKDAY I’LL BE:

I primarily support donor advised fundholders. Though most grant recommendations are made from our secure online portal, when a grant is recommended, my work begins. I love the due diligence and research aspects of my role! I often feel like I’m on a scavenger hunt and learn so much about worthy charitable organizations doing great work in our region, nation, and world.

I truly appreciate being witness to the generosity of our fundholders, and the extraordinary impact that donor advised grants make in our region.

Additionally, I am the lead for our Affordable Housing Trust Fund, for which I have a tremendous passion.

I CHOSE THIS WORK BECAUSE:

I believe there is great value in my role, as I oversee a significant amount of grantmaking from the Foundation on a weekly basis. Over 60% of our grant dollars are awarded from donor advised funds annually.

MORE ABOUT ME:

With my years of experience in the nonprofit and customer service worlds, I enthusiastically help the Foundation stay connected to our partners.

I currently reside in Knox County and grew up in Loudon County.

I’m also a performer with a Bachelor’s in Theatre Arts, as well as an earring maker, podcast creator, and proud cat mom of three, Winchester, Fidget, and Elric.
