PLEASE CONTACT ME WHEN:

East Tennessee Foundation may be of service to you or your organization. I always welcome your ideas, insight, and feedback. I would love to hear from you!

ON A TYPICAL WORKDAY I’LL BE:

Most every day I’m working closely with our Foundation team members, fundholders, grantees, and partners to help ensure operational and service excellence. I have a drive for exploring how we can advance philanthropic leadership and best support this remarkable region.

I CHOSE THIS WORK BECAUSE:

I am happiest when my work allows me to serve others and help build a more thriving community. I’m passionate about understanding our region’s needs, supporting our partners, and advancing effective philanthropy.

MORE ABOUT ME:

I bring more than 20 years of experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors to the Foundation. Whether working in or alongside nonprofit and public sectors, much of my career has focused on advancing the public interest. Prior to joining ETF, I worked in public health for nearly 10 years. Mostly recently, I served as the chief strategy officer and co-interim director for the Knox County Health Department.

A Knoxville native, I hold a communications degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

I’m a Class of 2019 graduate of Leadership Knoxville and an active volunteer in the local nonprofit community.
