In 1999, the Fund for Campbell County was established through the generous gifts of time, vision and resources by a group of Campbell County residents committed to strengthening communities and improving the quality of life in their county.

B&W Y-12 Scholarship: for students planning to study science or pre-engineering at Roane State Community College or Pellissippi State Community College
Ruby A. Brown Memorial Scholarship: for public health nurses or public health nursing students
• Gail Clay Scholarship (Scholarship not available for 2010-2011 academic year. Next available 2013-2014 academic year.): for spouse or child (graduating high school senior or current college student) of full-time, non-exempt employee of the University of Tennessee or other state-supported, public higher education institution located in East Tennessee Foundation's 25-county service area.
Dorsey & Betty King Scholarship:for graduating seniors planning to study business or nursing
